Assembly of a complete bike includes a lot of separate assembly processes of the various components on it. These have to be set to the recommended torque, rebound, cable length adjustment and the settings of the other components have to be correct.
In the case of the purchase of an incomplete bicycle, the assembly and adjustment of certain components cannot be carried out.
